Here is a picture sent to me by Brian Catts of Cattman performance it is the new redesigned y-pipe. It has the new flex section.

Mo there is a hanger I am sorry I didn't add that pic too. This pic was taken by him and it didn't have the hanger on it. I sent me a pic of the hanger too.

You should be happy. Fed-Spec is less restrictive than a Cal-spec.

holy sh*t, that thing looks way better than the older ones, looks like they were bent instead of welded, and that flex section is loooooong ... compared to old one.

It appears in the pic that the two pipes are crushed down pretty much at the collector. This will limit flow if they are. My collector on my 2002 WarpSpeed appears to have less crush. http://www.mustangmods.com/publish/8...rpSpeedY&B.JPG

i have '01 & bought my car from chicago....so i take it my car is a fed-spec??? or how can you tell???

Go to custommaxima.com and there they have a diagram. but basically it's the number of O2 sensors you have Cali-Four fed-two

According to a conversation I had w/ Nissan USA, all 2k1 are Cali spec.

Not all 2000 are cali spec, there were fed spec and cali spec, i myself own a fedspec 2000. But i was also under the assumption that all 2001 were calispec.
