why might i have sluggish performance at high speeds...?

I've read through a bunch of threads, all of which kinda answer this question. Though this specific question was never answered. Or atleast never found an occurance...

Basically it feels like after the top of 3rd gear, my car doesn't perform/pull as well as it used to. I'm pretty sure it was a bit quicker before.

What are some of the things I should be looking at?
Personally I have a feeling it might be a dirty air filter.
But i'm sure it might be a few more things too.

My only big mod is a y-pipe.

thanks for the help guys

Time for a tune up or...drive an auto dx civic and merge on the freeway and see how it feels, you are just too used to the 205 torque

Is it Cattman? If so, you could have a crushed flex section.
