Hey maxima owners. Back me up on this maxima vs mustang

Hey maxima owners!

well i own an accordv6, and was cruising around ClubRSX forum.

Thread was mainly about RSX-S vs Mustang GT. However, as debate went on, it changed to Maxima 6-spd vs Mustang GT.

Stupid domestic GT owner thinks new maxima 6-spd is slow too, and it does 15s stock.

I posted few stuff up, but i really need true maxima owners' knownledge to back my statements up(that maximas are really faster than what they think).

please help me out. just take few minutes of your time if you have to register.....

http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread...900#post532900

by the way, maxima 6-spd doesn't do 1/4mile in 15s stock right? isn't it low 14s stock? i hope what i said isn't totally wrong..

well really depends on the gt.... if he's a good driver vs an auto 02, he has a chance..... wiht the 6 spd though.... probably not.

a 5-speed gt with a decent driver should take maxima 6-speed.

Depends on what year GT it is, and what transmission, a 99+ will put up a good fight with the same tranny, that's a driver's race dependent solely on launch and perhaps quick shifting ability if it's a 5 spd. A stock 94-98 GT would get torn to ribbons by a 2002 6spd and most likely get beaten by an automatic too.

only 99 + GT's have a chance , previous ones have no chance at all.
