i'm about to buy/install a new clutch. i can buy a nissan clutch for $135 (wholesale)... which is very appealing. but i want to add a 50-75shot down the road. is a (new) stock clutch strong enough to hold this... only plan to use the NOS for racing... no street... so it might be used a few times a year. i would buy an ACT, but i'm short on cash... and i want to make it to and race @ a meet Oct. 25 at Rockingham. some guidence from anyone with this set up would be very much appreciated.

 

I'd save your money and wait till you can afford the ACT. It's too much work, and your risking too much by trying to use a stock clutch with nitrous. It's not the HP gains you have to worry about, your gonna be making gobs more torque, which is gonna cause your clutch to slip eventually, I know that's probably not what you really want to hear, but it's the best advice I can give...
