anyone ever gotten the cheap rims from wheelmax? (excels)? they are ripp offs of all the name brands...wondering if anyone had good/bad experiences with these? Wondering if im paying for quality or just the name of a name brand rim

Well, rims are rims...and you do pay a premium for name brand wheels. Theres also a reason that VR is expensive, because they are light! But theres no reason Enkei should be, its just a name....kinda like buying a pair of jeans...you pay more for the A&F name because it says A&F. I'm sure that if you get those wheels they'll be fine, but probably not the lightest.

My cousin has wheels from there on his integra that he really likes. They have pretty good pricing. I personally dont like the rims he bought, but they are light weight-16"x7" and weigh like 19 lbs. He is happy with them and I suppose that is all that matters.
