Can someone tell me if this is the new or old design of the cattman y-pipe? Thanks for any help, I don't have a clue.

Looks like the older Jet-hot coated Cattman pipes. This style precedes the Y-pipes with the flex section problems; the y-pipes with the flex section failures had an extra short flex section that was crimped at the front.

u should really make sure that y-pipe fits your 99.. it looks different from the one i have. the front part is not curved up like that. if i recall i think 99 has a different pipe design as the 95-98

 

Thanks for the info, but since it's already on its way, I might have to just resell it if it doesn't work! I should have researched it more I guess.
