4th gen factory fog lamps

Hi all,
I'd like to get together a group purchase for 4th gen factory fog lamps. Is anybody interested in this project? I'd be willing to find a supplier and negotiate a deal, if anybody is interested.
Please email me a reply if you are interested. I'd like to get 10 or more people before I start. I have a 97 that has the CC package (wiring is in place, just need the switch, relay, brackets and lamps.)If anyone else is in the same boat I am...let me know and I'll start working on it.
Thanks

I'm interested, but I have a 96. I'm not sure what I need, but I have the switch on my stalk and the wiring is in place; so I probably just need the brackets and lamps.

EMAIL me year, of vehicle, and model(GLE, GXE) and I'll start keeping a roster of those interested. I'll also find out what is needed for what models.
I don't have the switch on my lamp stalk, but I do have the wiring in place?!?! Like I said email me your particulars and I'll start a roster and we will see what I can find. I want them BAD but $180.00 is just too much. (sure makes the front end look complete....looks like something is missing without them) I want to get it down to $120.00 or so...the more the the better......got to be cheaper if we order a bunch at one time!
TIA

Bad News

I talked to Courtsey Nissan today and he told me that if I could get them for $120.00 He would buy them from ME! The 95-96 are different from the 97-99.
He also said he gives Maxima.org members such a discount that they really are not making anything off of them (kind of hard to believe) but anyway the pricing goes like this. This is a direct cut and paste from his email to me......here goes.

"We can sell 95-96 for $187.50 and 97-99 for $175.00. No dealer in the United States would be able to get even close to $120, that is WAY below OUR cost. If you can get it for $120, please let us know ).

The kits will fit both GXE and GLE models. The difference is in body style from 96 to 97.

You guys should remember that we give Maxima.org members such a good discount that we really don't make any profit off the sales.

So I guess that pretty much says it all.....sorry guys, I'll keep looking. Does anyone know of an aftermarket set that fit well enough as to look close to factory? If so Please e-mail me and maybe we could get a discount on some QUALITY aftermarkets, I don't want junk. I did see a car the otherday that had an exact fit piece for the bumper hole and then had aftermarket mounted in the center of that. It did look pretty dam good. It was actually the factory lights for this model of car, I forget what the car was.

Thanks for the reply, like I said I'm gonna keep looking for a dealer with a better price.....as I stated above, sell with no profit? I'm not quite sure I bite on that either.....

THATS BS. I paid 100 dollars shipped for my whole set up from some dealer in Louisiana or something. They didn't make much money so their prices were very low. All nissan products too. I lost their contact but max_se@hotmail.com (i think that's his email.) Just look for places where profit is low. Somewhere in the middle or north west middle of USA

Well, we can get the whole kit (I just bought one for my maxipad).
The kit includes

All mounting
Bracketry

Wiring plug/harness

I can get them for you guys for $152 PER SIDE....

This is for the 97-99s, and yes, these are genuine Nissan OEM kits:
Part numbers are the following:
26150-0L725(right side)
26155-0L725 (left side)

You guys need to look a lot harder. I bought mine about three months ago from someone on the org, for only $125 shipped. That was brackets, fogs, relay, and switch. All brand new nissan parts, so don't go out and pay the crazy prices the dealer gives, because the lights help but $177 each is just not a justifiable price for those lights.

HOWS THIS?

97 - 99 Maxima Fog light kit - $167.00 Shipped.

96 Maxima Fog light kit - $200.00 Shipped

96 Kit may fit 95, but we are unsure since Nissan never had any listed while in production.

10 or more kits needed.

MAX SE, when he was still in business hooked me up with the whole kit for my 97 SE for only 105 shipped. He even sent me the whole thing brand new via UPS before I even paid him.

I'd like a pair myself, but $200 for a 96 is still kinda iffy for me.

Just so you are aware, these prices are slim margins based on my costs with Nissan.

I did a test order with Nissan to see if they had 20 sets of each and they do.

I e-mailed a dealer last month, looking for a price on the fog light kit for a 96gxe. They replied with a price of about $174, which seems to be a decent price from what I've been finding out. But unfortunately i lost that email. So I think some one should be able to do a group deal at or near that price maybe below that.

Going out on a limb.

THis is very unusual for anyone in business to do but here goes.

I pay from Nissan $175.00 & $143.00 for the 2 different kits. If anyone has them cheaper, then they either got stuck with a single set and wants to unload them, or they are not Nissan.

I just wanted to make it clear that this is a great deal in the sense that I have to buy them, ship them and still make a "little" money.

I will begin to post takers in the first post so we can see the totals.

I hope to offer many deals, but rest assured, if i post a price, it's as low as anyone can go.

Thanks for listening,

Ken

think about what you just wrote. the se's already have foglights.
and if you are saying will it fit a 95 or 96 then, no unless you got a 97-99 front bumper.....
