35mm offset with 18X8's rim

yeah, I did a search, I have two questions, the car will dropped to a 1.5-2 finger gap, will I need the fenders rolled? Also anyone with pictures of 18's and a 35mm offset? Thanks.

I have 245/40s and they didn't rub with my Intrax UNTIL I got my KONI shocks modified for extra travel... they rubbed slightly afterwards so I rolled the driver's rear a little but there is still some minor rubbing (but no tire damage)... The fronts cannot be rolled and rub slightly (but also no damage seen).

I'm running 17x7.5 with 35mm offset. I have 235 wide tires. I am pretty sure that a 245 on an 8" wide rim will rub. Mine is pretty close...
