reimbursement from nissan

reimbursement from nissan

had to replace the 2nd starter on my 95 maxima this summer. I
wrote a letter to nissan and they paid for most of it..i was pleasantly surprised with the good customer service

glad it worked out for you. Im still in the middle of trying to get my money back from the 97 alternator recall which I had to replace before the recall. I just have to wait till they call back saying they accept all the paper work that was faxed to them

Great, good to know that nissan stands behind us. If they only made Nismo Products available for us maxima owners, that would be awesome.

Let me know what happened because I just faxed paperwork over to them for reimbursement. I changed our alternator back in April then I get the letter about the diodes. Mine did make a noise and smelled. I had to take the car to Nissan Monday in order for them to satisfy the necessary requirements.Nissan changed the alternator I put in back in April. So this is the cars 3rd alternator.
