Need help with body work

This may not be the right place for this, I need some help, or some links on how to do some body work. I have an older 88 max that I really love and want to restore. I need help on how to Bondo up the rust holes in the wheelwells and above the wheels. I've done rust spots on other parts or cars but never a wheelwell. I don't know how to fill in the missing spots to even begin Bondo-ing. Any suggestions?

normally if theres rust, you would usually have to cut the whole rusted arew out and weld in a new plate to replace the spot since the rust may continue to eat its way under all the bondo. after having the plate welded on, you can grind down the area and use the body filler, cheese grate, and level it out with the sanding block.

I heard that there was some kind of liquid fiberglass or some kind of moldable fiberglass, or some crap like that. I don't really have welding options right now. Anything else I can use?

They make a type of fiberglass that's got chopped strands already mixed in. It's called fiberglass jelly. But if you have no welding options, the next best thing is to grind away all the rust. And then fill it in. Not the preferred way of doing it, but if you have no other options...
