15x6.5/40mm/5x114.3?

I tried to order these in a Slipstream:
15x6.5 5x114.3 40mm offset. (I'll be mounting 205/60/15 A2's)

The guy (online shop) said that these won't fit my 99se and that I need 16x7. I thinks his "application chart" is wrong cause my stock 99SE rims are 16x6.5. Will these RIMS fit? thanks.

they should since the GLE rims are 15"x6.5" and the offset should work as well. So his "application chart" is wrong, but thats cause he want to sell you more expensive rims.

I use 15x7 5x114.3 38mm offset for my 205/45/15's on my 97 SE so they should work no problem.
