obtaining TIGHT steering?
obtaining TIGHT steering?
I have a question that may have been discussed already. I rode in a friend's 96 M3 and he does not have to turn the wheel much at all and his car will turn with ease. It seems that with the Max, we have to turn our wheel alot more to take the same turn. Is there any way of correcting or changing this, or is what I have the best it will get? Thanks.

My friend's M3 may have the performance, but the Max definitely has the comfort even with aftermarket struts and springs.
You could search, I think the only other thing people have tried is replacing bushings, but if I remember, it really didn't help.
Yea, the max doesn't have BMW or VW steering tightness/feel, that's for sure. But it's not exactly Corsica or Lumina-ish, so don't feel too bad
