From October 2000 Road & Track:

There's nothing wrong with your vision. The car you see above is {LR-In the Mag, duh}, or was, a Nissan Maxima. It seems the folks at MotoRex, a company that specializes in importing the Nissan Skyling GT-R into the U.S., weren't all that keen on the Maxima's original styling. {LR } So they changed it, from bumper to bumper. Now it's the spitting image of the R33 Skyline GT-R. Underneath the sheet metal, MotoRex is planning on supercharging the 3.0-liter V-6, bringing power up to about 300 bhp. Those interested in transforming a Maxima (at a cost of approximately $10,000) can contact MotoRex at (310)224-5085 or visit http://www.skylinegtr.com

So only $10K, what a bargain!
