6 3/4's

I think 6 1/2 will fit with an adapter. There is limited selection with 6 3/4's. I just bought Infinitis 652.1i for my doors. They are two way coaxials and are 6 3/4. I bought them from http://www.mmxpress.com cheap. I'll let you know how they sound in a few days after I install them.

Somebody just asked the same question about a day ago. Do a little search.
6 1/2 will fit, also I recommend going to http://www.crutchfield.com enter info about your car and they'll give you all the necessary info.

Stock speaker size

I recently replaced the stock speakers in my 1996 Maxima. It is the non-Bose system without CD player, no frills, just tape and radio. Anyhow, I replaced the two speakers in the rear deck with 6.5s sized speakers. Also referred to as 6.5 oversized. No problems with the install at all, no drilling, just taking apart and putting back together. If you're lookign to replace the speakers i nthe doors, make sure you get a low clearance speaker as there is not a whole lot of room in there.

Hope this helps,
Jeff
