Splash Shields

I know there are some people here who have parts cars, etc...or have
access to parts cars.

WOuld anyone know where I could get a complete set of front end
splash shields for the inner fenders, as well as any under-car
shields. The prior owner of my wagon removed them...and this has
proved to be a major pain...

To the engine bay...real pain in the **** when you run through a deep puddle on the road, and your belts start slipping, from getting wet.

The belts are tight, almost new, etc...it's mainly affects my steering.

All of the yards locally don't have any max's...and all the out of area ones i've tried either don't have them, or the cars that do have front end damage that killed them...

But trust me, I know wrecking yards...drove an 87 mustang that I practically rebuilt thanks to wrecking yards...that car was a magnet for dumb, blonde, female drivers...hit by 4 of them, in the short 2 1/2 yeras I owned it...luckily, no serious damage to the actual unibody...just to the lights, front fenders, doors, etc...easily fixable / replaceable parts...

Have you considered making them yourself? I have polycarbonate I could send to you if you give me rough dimensions, from there you could cut to size (I use a drywall saw) drill the holes and by applying heat, carefully, with a heat gun or even a propane torch you can put in any curvature you might need. If you are interested, I'll sell it to you at my cost + shipping. PM me or write at: lang407@juno.com
