Ground wire for capacitor?

According to Stinger's website, I should not ground my cap to the amp. ground.

So I can't use one ground distribution block to ground the cap and the amps?

ive got mine grounded to my block but its not good to ground it directly to your amp then they fight each other for a ground. but grounding blocks are ok just make sure the wire is a proper gauge and youll be fine
