i'm sure that the knock-off 350Z rims will be posted on ebay very soon - so just wait for them i guess.....or better yet - wait till the Z owners get tired of their rims which will probably be around spring time

All the photos of the track rims look very dull...are they not polished? Powdercoated in dull silver?

are the track rims made by RAYS? If so they will be MAJOR $$$$$. They are superlight and superexpensive. I'd rather get some nice charcoal SSRs...

Yeah, RAYS...expensive, but nice to have a Nissan logo on a high-end set of rims. SSR Type-C's....yes sir. You know SSR just released a silver version of the Competition in the US. Tire Rack just started carrying them.

the 350z track rims are made by Rayes Engineering. i know this beacuse the rims are stamped with their name. they are supposed to be light weight but i have yet to see any figures saying they really are.

Price, no idea.

I agree on the color for your Max. I have a Grey Lustre as well...I think the gunmetal rims are nice...but I've yet to see them close-up on a dark car.

Dude, I just put the 350z rims on my 96 car and it is sweet. they aren't the rays but they give it the same appeal. I'll post some pictures when i develop them this week. It makes it aggressive

Will the track Z's 18 inch rims fit the 4gen max. I have 20X9 on there now and it's fine, but I don't know the offset of my rims. The track z rims will just stick out a little right?
thanks

I think they will stick out on both the 4th gen and 5th gen. The Z rims are 18x8 with a +30 offset. On my 4th gen, 18x8" rims with a +40 offset comes very close to the front wheel well. With my 245 tires, the tires protrude just slighty past the wheel well. an additonal .5mm of offset would definitely put the rim outside of the wheel well. On the rears, it would look just about perfect, though.

hey I'm going to try to purchase some of the track z rims and have them on my car eraly next week, I'll then post some picts. I hope they fit. I have already rolled my rears beacuse I had to tuck some 20x9's on there. So do people think it will fit without problems, also what problems might I run into. thanks

so far i have had no problems they turn without touching the fender. the front wheels stick out slightly more than the back because the rear fender is a couple cm wider.
