3rd and 5th gen aluminum gauge bezels now available.

After too many delays, our brushed aluminum gauge bezels for 90-94 and '00-01 Maximas are finally done. Made from the same material as our 4th gen bezels, and fitment will be perfect. We measured the bezels themselves, and they fit on them perfectly.

Price on this board is set at $45 + $8 shipping. Chrome is also available at $65 + shipping. Sorry no pics yet.

Sweet, are you going to be kitting out the rest of the interior like the 4th gens? I like that alluminum interior.

We started prototyping a while back, but got a bad template. Then interest died to nothing so we put a hold on the project. But if I get 4 people willing to put down a deposit, then the project is back on. We could have a kit in like 2-3 weeks.

www.evolution-autodesign.com Check out the shop online section and you'll see Maxima pictures.

BTW, how is your dash kit cracking? What type of kit is it? Thanks.

Well, these prices are for the brushed aluminum finish, and the 4th gen we always sell for this price. Tell you what, on the 4th gen only, we'll do a Christmas sale. $35+ shipping for the brushed and $50+shipping for the chrome. This price is good until the end of the year.

All we have are metal. If you want white, you may want to just paint the bezel instead. On eBay, they do have colored dash kits, but they look pretty cheesy. I think painting your original cluster would look cleaner.

My dash kit is one of the cheap ones from ebay. It is only cracking on the door because the fitment is off.

Well a couple are being made tomorrow. I've just got to try them on a car at the Atlanta meet, and then we start shipping. I'm positive of the fitment since the prototypes all worked perfectly. But we always take a production piece and test fit it to make sure.

So you have a bezel for the 00-01? Won't a 2000 bezel fit on a 2002 max? I'm pretty sure it will, can you let me know for sure though?

Hey what if we have the chrome rings over our dash.. Will we just have to grind down the benzel down a little to fit over the rings?

The rings are meant to fit over the bezel. Can you pull them and reinstall them?

I figured it was you Harry. You'll have everything very shortly like I mentioned in the email.

Those Tiburon guys are getting on my nerves though. I got flamed for trying to help. All because I corrected one of their site sponsors when he was making a blatant lie about a product. Oh well.

It looks identical to the '00-01 in every way.

We don't cut carbon at the shop. But I am talking to my supplier for carbon fiber kits about sending them our CAD files and having them cut the bezel out of carbon fiber. I will find out if they will do it in the next few days along with pricing.

I think everyone who has ordered so far has gotten everything and is happy with it so I feel comfortable bumping this thread. Still got a ton in stock and ready to ship.

And for those who have emailed me asking about the other gauge bezel GB, they are not made from real metal. That is why there is a price difference. If you want plastic, go with that one, if you want aluminum, this is it. There is a difference in appearance, can't tell from the pics, but it is easy to spot the differences.

If 5 or more want to do a GB, then the price will be $40 shipped.

And for those of you interested in the CF one, I am working with our CF dash kit supplier on this one. Of course it would be real CF also. We don't do synthetic anything.

Alright guys, the CF bezel should be done within 2 weeks. Price will be the same as the AL bezel. And it is made from real CF. Do a search for MaximaRider's new post about his CF kit to see pics of the material installed on his car. Thanks.
