Negative... unless you got a bizach load of cash lying around. In that case, I would just buy a Skyline.

well, realistically any turbo from any car can be used on your Max. Remember that juss cause its from a Skyline doesnt make it awesome. How used is it? depending on condition, i dont think its worth $600.

You clearly don't know much about installing a turbo in a Maxima... hopefully you know or can pay someone who has experience.

Search will answer the questions you haven't thought of yet.

1. There is not a turbo in existence that will just "fit" in a Maxima, not Skyline, not 300ZX, not anything. *ANY* turbo install will require a lot of custom work, unless you buy a kit.

2. There are turbo kits that include everything you need to install a brand new turbo in your Maxima... they sell for ~$3500 or maybe $4K.

3. Do not think for an instant that a used turbo from a Skyline is helping you at all. Take that $600 turbo, add 3 or 4 grand for everything else you need, and you *may* have a working solution. You'd be better off buying the kit.

Lotsa luck buddy.

Maybe you want to buy the car first?
