Gauging Interest for UR Groupbuy(All Gens)

Basically we want to see how many people are interested in stuff from Unorthodox Racing. We will be able to order all parts made for the maxima. For more information go here:
products.maxdes.net/ur.html

Also if you are interested in any of the parts please either post or contact me.

Thanks,
Justin

I also would like to add that we are not trying to make a killing on this buy and that will we be offering the lowest price that UR will let us. Which means that we should be a good deal under what they are selling for on custommaxima.com and that is the cheapest place that i have seen UR products on the internet.

You cant quote me on it cause i am not positive, but i think the jobber price is 180. It would also depend on the interest.

For the pulley? That would be in the right time frame anyways. Just need like maybe 10 people from the site and then we will go ahead and buy. Does anyone want clutch kits or flywheels?

I'm interested in the UDP, just a little tapped for cash right now. 3-4 weeks might be good though, if that's the time frame you're talking about.

I would only be interested in the UDP if the price were lowered significantly. Custommaxima has them for $185 and I am not going to mess around with a group deal to save $5 or $10. The RVM UDP is around $80 and I can't see how the UR can be so much more expensive.

Well it will be as low as i am allowed to get it. See UR has price floors that the price can not go below, but it will be in your best interest to order from me because not only is custommaxima 185 but the shipping is like 15 dollars. That puts you at 200. I am willing to do 180 shipped. I am not aware of the lowest price on the clutch kits but maybe imagine 25% off the msrp. I can confirm once UR emails me back with the jobber prices.

We are still working the deal with UR. I am thinking that once we get the right amount of people, i will require a deposit to lock you in if you are really interested. Then when they are ready to ship you pay the rest and i give you a tracking number for it so you know its on the way. This deal probably wont ship till later january once we get more interest.

I'm just curious... why would anyone want to buy an UR UDP when the RVM UDP is the exact same thing with a different label on it, for less than half the price?

Well thanks for being curious but the RVM has not been around for a while and is not the exact same thing. How do you know how the RVM lasts? Also yes if you check the site we are offering pulleys for the 3rd gen.

No different from how I know how long the UR lasts. I know that UR is a great product because I had one on my old car. But this part is not an overly complicated part to manufacture. There are a lot of org members that are using the RVM part without any problems.

That is why I was curious as to why the people who signed up for this group buy picked UR over RVM.

Thats nice, but this isnt for the RVM, let people decide for themselves.

I know... and I don't care what anyone buys... but I was curious as to why they picked UR over RVM... its a really simple question to them since I'm trying to decide between UR and RVM myself.

Not for that price. Sorry, but it will be easier for you just to get them at a local auto parts store.

I think they make a good product also but it is still a lot. You can probably find them for cheaper.

A lot for the flywheels or clutches? Because we will be offering the lowest price that we are able for all the parts.

I don't even think that UR even makes a flywheel for the maxima. If they make that new one they just came out with for it than I'd definitely be interested in the flywheel.

They have had the UL Series Flywheel for some time now. It weighs 5lbs which is a lot less than stock. I am looking to sell it for around 480. Depends on what UR tells me about their price floor for that item. But whatever the price is it will be free shipping.
