Its loaded, its got 30k, its clean, super nice, Im mean I havent seen it yet but I have seen a couple pics online of it. Its an SE also. I think I could prolly get them to about $13,5. What do you think? Good deal? I mean its got the digital climate, dual power seats, leather, heated seats, the whole 9 yards, lol. Thanks for the input, I think Im gonna go look at it tomorrow since its about 100 miles away.

I'd say around 13000-13500 sounds fair if its in great condition and is a 1 owner. I just saw a 2000 SE loaded at a dealer here today for 14900 with the same miles you stated... That should give you an idea. Prices on the 4th gens seem to be falling fast IMO in the last year or so.

I'd be willing to pay a little more than standard for a car like that if I was specifically looking for a loaded 5-sp max. As such in the 14s would be reasonable to me.

I say try to get them as low as possible because...5 speeds are hard to sell especially for dealers...and knowing that...and the end of the year...lower than 13k would be absolutely great!

nice find!

OK. Get the car! 30K miles is awesome on a loaded 5 speed 99 SE. Talk 'em down to $13K or so. The only thing missing is ABS, but I guess it has that too, huh?? Well then, umm, get the car!

honestly IMO, i would rather get a 99 Se-L rather than like a 2000 SE or GLE only because the 99 should be faster (weight vs power) and i just think it looks better....i honestly believe the 4th gen has the best body, although the 5th's look pretty good but only in certain colors...4th's look good in every color except for like that nasty light purple garbage

i think that the 2000 max is dropping to fast in price and most ppl would go with the 4th gen.

when i went to buy my 97 max i had a chance to buy a 2000 for about $4000 more and i didn't. the 4th gen looks better and what really killed the 5th gen was the rear.

14k for that car with only 30mls is a great price. around here it would go for about 15k easy.

No worries. We got our '99 I30 Limited for $14,300 about 8 months ago.

Go to ebaymotors and search completed auctions. You should be able to get a car like that for less than $13.5K if you're a good shopper (read: don't mind waiting and are willing to buy from an individual).

BTW, check KBB.com's private party retail. You should be able to get what you want for about that price depending on condition.

Good luck.
