YES IM A NEWBIE. Can someone plz state the: HP gain, cost, how it works, and EVERY mod u can think of for the max which r basic bolt ons? (NO nitrious or turbo and shyt like that) and try to give a description to the mods I have listed.
NOTE: no cosmetic stuff, brake upgrades, or suspension. Jus pure hp gainnin mods? thanks

before you get all that... you need front strut tower brace and rear anti-sway bar. you'll regret having a pumped up car with a weak chassis

and since if ya really cant have em all, which would be the most essential basic mods that is pretty much a primary for a amateur racer? besides the intake?

 

let me make is simple 4 u. there is a search button on the upper rigth corner of the screen, u will get this alot.
btw intake is 5-10hp, y-pipe is 10-15hp, UDP is like 2-3hp. the cat, well thats about 1hp and the rest of the exhaust is about 5hp. the ECU if u have a 4th gen, the hp gain . cams, jim wolf just came out with it, but i dont know of any1 who has em and dyno'd yet. header, well there might be if ur a 4th gen anyway, search for that i made a thread about that not too long ago. later

Basic mods are intake and y pipe. If you want to spend the dough, get an MEVI with the JWT ECU, which comes complete with a giant smile on your face the first time you go WOT. Or so I've been told.

hey a frankencar will put a smile on ur face every time u got WOT, i know mine does. but my muffler gives me a headache after a while, btw if u get any type of exhaust do urself a favor and get a resonator, or keep the stock 1. the cattman b-pipe which i have comes with 1, but i think id much rather keep the stock muffler its alot quieter, besides u lose only like 1hp which u wont feel. btw mines a 5thgen the muffler on the 4th (stock anyway) is not as efficient.

 

read my post above i already answered that. popcharger-5-10 (jsut get a frankencar! the udp is like 2-3.

 

don't forget the 4th gen twin turbo kit/swap.......BIG GAINS, BIG GAINS!!!!!!!!!!
