You mean the highest performance, leaving everything else like price, durability, etc second? I assume you are talking street tires not R-compound tires right?

I have the same question, but I'm looking for some 235/45 for 18x8.5" wheels. No one around me sells these tires and I'm having trouble finding them online. Any recommendations for brand and where to get them? I also would be using them mainly for just cruisin. I want good tires, but not overpriced. like maybe the kuhmo Ecsta Supra 712's or the 711's. Thanks.

do yourself a favor and get the Sumitomo HTR+

tirarack.com has them for around 99-102$ each.. they are high performance all season

you will likely not have to take them off for the winter..

most people who haven't, have been very impressed..

just search for "sumitomo htr+"

yokohama avs sport, and michealan piloit sport, are two of the most respected highest performing tires out.

i think i'm probably gonna get the Yokohama AVS ES100 they got a good rating and has good stats on tirerack (in the link) ... and at $103 per tire of that caliber isn't that bad at all
