I have owned a 87 Gxe,88 Gxe, which I no longer own. I ended up about 3 days ago buying a 92 M30, not a maxima I know this!

But there is a very very little Infinity clubs etc out there I think it might be that most owners might be somewhat older than me and do less stuff like I want with mine. I figured since I have the same motor(wonderful 3.0 from the 2nd Gen. Maxima) I might hang out with you guys!

The M30 is a rear drive however it use's the 85-88 maxima fuse box and door,the Gauge cluster is very close to looking like the 85-88 maxima without the Oil and Voilts tho! glove box door,the trunk release is the maxima's also,even the outside Mirror's are from the maxima,the seat button are also the same of course, the window swith is like for a 2 door Maxima also.

I was looking for another Maxima when I found the M30 it has 107,449 miles on it and every service record from infinity from 92 till around a few months ago. I have also noticed that the nose (headlights look like they are from the 90-92 Stanza) the rear tailights seem to look somewhat like the older pre 5 maxima(1st Gen, so i kind of looked at it like I have the best of what I like, loved the 90-92 Stanza style power wasnt there tho, and maxima has all the neat stuff I like with the power also, so I got it. On my Maxima's they used basic everday plain Gas, the M30 says to use the best kind? I have been but why if its the same motor? Diffrent computer or something I could be missing out there?

I just wanted to find someplace to hang out with my car since there isnt anywhere for me know I still Love the 2nd gen Maxima's very much!

Btw if anyones going to get rid of there 2nd gen and unsure what to get check the M30's out! I got fully loaded, Bose cass,cd changer,heated leather front seat's,factory keyless fob,4 wheel abs 4 disk,driver airbag,cruise,digatl climat control,with the cool buttons on the steering wheel, and the Radio and Heat and Ac all have buttons right beside the steering wheel also so you can reach out and touch them and not use the main panel. te only down fall I have head is the rear seat head room sucks as the back window slops forward. I walked out of the Infinity Dealer with my car in hand for only 3150.00 which is great since its lower mileage and cert. infinty Main. and all that fun stuff! If anyone knows anything about my car, or any clubs for me please let me know

Actually, I think the tail lights on the M30 is almost exactly the same as the 85-86 maxima's. Looks like there was a cover going around the edges to round it out more. I could swear that car looks like a rear wheel drive 2 door maxima.
