im sittin at the gas station and this nut backs right into me.... puts TONs of scratches on the front corner barley missing the side marker(yes) but... put deep sratches in my HID plastic...
i was so ****ed.... luckly for me he had insurance...cop took way to long to get there tho!
... so what is this goin to cost...repaint whole bumber? and new HIDs? or what? some one shed some light!

Can't repair the plastic so you should be able to get new headlights out of the deal. If scratches are deep enough in the bumper cover it will get replaced too.

If your car is still pretty new (under 15k miles) you most likely will get new parts for your car.

Don't skimp out on getting the bumper painted - if it's not done right the paint will flake off with the slightest bump! Make sure to get recommendations for body shops if you aren't sure about it's rep too.

It's always a pain when it comes to auto repair - but look on the bright side: at least it wasn't a hit and run AND it wasn't your fault. So after you're said and done it shouldn't cost you dime one (big emphasis on SHOULDN'T).

The best paint on my max is on the right side where it got broken into. I had the shop paint the entire side and it looks WAY better than the Nissan side.

 

well i got 18k on the max so far...
so new headlights...? hhmmm
one scratch went real deep on the bumber its black now hahah
im just glad the guy had insurance
so how much $$$ we talkin ?
