Adding Wire to the Fuse Box

I need to run a wire to the fuse box for my heated seats. I found the fuse on the box diagram and I have the wiring diagram. However, I'm not sure how to connect the wire. Does anyone have any advice on how to do so? Do I remove the fuse box or do I have to squeeze my hand back there to make the connection.

Thanks!

dont worry about it, just throw them suckers in there. I have my radar detector, seats, and neons and underbody neons hooked up to that thing
I used regualr U clip connectors in there
