ok when i turn on the ac all the way up it doesn't get cold i get this really dirty smell only when i put it up half way it gets cold, & when i turn on the heat all the way up it doesn't get hot i get cold air in the car only when its up to half way it gets warm, any solution to this problem??????????oh the car is a 1994 Gxe
