Don't worry, you need to break-into your clutch. A brand new clutch will grab very hard... it will take about a week of daily driving to smooth it out to normal.

How much did your tranny repair cost? cost of parts, labor? I only ask cuz i have bad differential bearings and for some odd reason I think my 25k-mile-old clutch is slipping. All i can say is my tranny has some serious issues. Thanks.
