Factory spoiler...what parts needed to install?

Hey guys, I got my hands on a factory spoiler for my '95. It didn't come with an installation kit, just the mounting bolts on the center pedastools. I was wondering what parts were needed to install, without buying the whole kit from Nissan. I know for the center pedastools a bracket/plate is needed for each, but what about for the outer pedastools? It seems that they are held on by tape. Please correct me if I am wrong. Your responses are greatly appreciated. Also, if anybody has ever installed one of these before, what compound did you use around the mounting holes where the holes were drilled? I want to prolong the rust from forming. Thanks!

Drill holes and bolt that bad boy in. Probably should put some foam in between it and the car so it wont rub.

once you have driled the holes, take a trip down to auto zone, theres a ton of stuff that you can get to stop rust, in the years to come, you will be glad that you did.

Touch up paint is your best friend in this situation.
