New to this board just wondering what the parents car could pull at the track (1/4). It is a 2k GXE Maxima Auto,thanks a lot.

 

all depends on weather, and the track but anywhere from a 14.9-15.4

 

no way in hell you'll see a 14.9 with the auto
15.8 is more like it

friend of mine is running 15.4 with intake/ypipe
however our tracks in canada aren't that great...so you may do 0.1-0.2 seconds better at a good track.

 

I thought the 4th gens were like high 15s and low 16s....and the new ones were like mid to low 15s....oh well i could be wrong

 

The 2k-2k1s autos are around 15.8 stock. I'm pretty modded and I run low 15s on my heavy 18s. The 2k2+ autos can run 14s all day with a good launch.

2k2's run what in the 14s? mid or high ?

 

6 speed=mid 14's
auto=high 14's

 

6th Gen Max = 14 Flat - mid 14's
5Th Gen Max = 14.8 - Low Low 15's
4th Gen Max = 15.0 - High Mid 15's

4th gen auto is bout high 15s, low 15s with 5spd
5th gen 00/01 about the same as 4th gen
5th gen 02/03 is bout mid to high 14s

and the 6th gen is prolly even slower if not the same as the 02/03 max, becuz it weighs about 3500lbs, and only a 10hp gain with about 9lbs torq gain, sooo...... 265hp/255torq

the 04 looks kinda weird too, either ahh i love it or hate it look

 

theirs no way your gonna see a 14.0 from a stock 2k4 max.

 

I ran a 15.5 with a Injen CAI, 2k auto

 

I don't run high 14's
