The autotrader comes out ever Thursday here. As I was on my way to my 8:30am class (on Thursday) I stopped to get a Gatorade, and while I was in line I picked up the autotrader and saw the add. I called the guy right away from my cell phone. It was ~8:10am, the guy said he had sold it about half an hour ago! I asked why he was selling it for so cheap. He told me he got a new job in the States and needed to sell it ASAP. I was so disappointed I almost puked.

Whats wrong with your max and porsche?

 

98 GXE's went for $16,995 brand-new, so I'd think a 97 would be worth even less than a 98. My 98 SE 5-spd has every option and is worth low 8's, so low 6's sounds right on for that car. Were you planning on taking some cash out and buying it if it were available? You shouldn't buy on impulse like that!

 

Nothing. My Dad needs a "new" car, and if we had gotten that car I would have given him my Maxima and taken the new one.

 

Why would you want to give him that sweet car?

 

That price sounds about right. Nothing special...
