How to drive in rain w/ cai
I have a prcai and in some areas i have to go thru puddles. I do not accelerate while going over them. Is there a possiblity water will get in the engine this way. Their is a rain storm right now in my area and im pretty concern. Replys?
I was told when I had my integra CAI which was probably closer to the ground than yours...that I would have to be in about a foot and a half plus of water and revving out your engine for it to be a problem...I mean I dont think you will ever have a problem...YOU CAN by an air bypass valve that is about 60 bucks I would say...you make a cut in your piping and then add this so the it is IMPOSSIBLE for you to get water in your engine.
