if i want to put a leather boot on my auto alongside an aftermarket shift ****.. is it possible to use a shift **** that is acutally a manual shift ****? or not because of the thumb button that needs to be pushed in before shifting?

boot yes, **** no because of the mechanism that is on the **** that pushes down on the rod. However there are many ***** that look exactly like mt ones if thats what your looking for.

which boot did you use bro.. howd you secure it to the shifter&panel.. also i found a razo **** where you push it in and it allows you to change gears, would it get in the way of the boot? how does your **** engage?

my boot is a OEM 5speed boot and dash trim piece. the other below is a custom made one from wheelskins but on a automatic dash trim.

No **** will get in the way of the boot. My **** is the Razo quick shift model and it has no buttons because the whole **** is on a sliding mechanism so you push the entire **** down to shift gears rather than pushing a little button.

 

Is there an O/D button, or do you lose the O/D option with your **** nismo?

 

all you need to do is install a small switch on your console for O/D. And yes you can have a boot for the auto shifter. Search for Cyrus's car aka Vyrus.
