Hey guys!

I e-mailed Phuong at EatRiceZone.com and he's offering a group deal on the Stillen body kit for '97-'99 Maximas.

He tells me that the whole body kit is normally $729 plus shipping, but if he can get at least 5 firm orders then he can probably bring it down to the $650-675.

So, what do you say? Anyone else interested?

I'm up in Canada so the exchange is going to kill me but hey...most of the aftermarket parts are in the U.S. anyways and I've been dying to get the body kit for a couple of years now.

Daniel.

By the way I called up Stillen and they quoted me $860.00 US so Phuong is offering a heck of a deal to us!

we got that other guy offering us 697 for the kit... I'll buy from the first guy who can give it to me for $650... (or close) that phong is a cool guy, he sent me a free catalog so I would lean towards buying from him... so count me in and if the other guy can't pull $650 then I'm buying from phong...

Man, I got an e-mail from Stillen last year June or therebouts and they offered the kits for about $650. I didn't act on it and I wish I did then!
Well, if we get enough bodies then I'll check it out with Phuong and see what the final cost will be.

Daniel.

somethings to think about.

many people know Phuong and many people have ordered from him, myself including. I didnt have any probs with the order, (cept shipping that FukUpEx did)He has a good reputation and he also takes credit cards! heeh I would buy from a well known source anyday even if its a bit more which in this case looks like its gonna be cheaper

doh! I went with FedEx because they *usually* have a better track record with the packages, but no one is perfect!

Your new pads should be there shortly, though

I asked Phuong if the deal includes '95-'96 Maximas and hes says its for both.

"I wouldn't mind including the 5th generation Maximas if they want to jump
in, too. Same price as the 4th gen.

Later,
Phuong - http://www.EatRiceZone.com"

So...who's still interested?
Let me know, guys and gals!

Separate pieces?

What about just the front spoiler? Any possibility to separate the pieces, and what would the pricing be?

IMHO...
I think your prices are great but no one is going to send you a check or m.o. for ANY amount of money if you have never done business before. As someone has already mentioned, consumers demand the protection afforded by purchasing from a reliable source or the ability to use plastic.
As a legitimate business you should accept plastic or to establish some trust I think YOU will have to ship FIRST.

@ $650, you can have them. I'm not going into a price war. The reason you can sell for less is because you don't have credit card fees to deal with. My credit card service provider takes a portion of each sale.

No. Like I stated, I'm not going into a price war. He's willing to sell one kit @ $650. Me being an authorized Stillen dealer knows better than to sell Stillen products at that price for just one unit.

Wait til he sees the cost of shipping from Cali to the East Coast for one kit If I ship 7-10 kits on truck freight on a pallet, it costs about the same as shipping 3 individual kits via FedEx Ground. I work as a subcontractor for a trucking company, so it costs me even less for shipping if I have them take care of it rather than having Stillen use Watkins.

Sorry guys, but I'm not whoring out the prices. Someone in this industry needs to keep the price infrastructure somewhat stable.

What is the cost of shipping?
You live in Lancaster, right? Could I just pick it up from you when you get the kits in, if I order one?

Ok, guys...here's the info from Phuong for those who are in on the deal...

"Have those people purchasing send me an email with their info:
year/make/model, payment method (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/money
order), shipping info). If by credit card, I'll need the #, exp date, name
on card, phone number, and billing address. If by money order, I'll have
to calculate their shipping costs first.

My # is 717.615.9790, I'll be available all weekend (Eastern Standard Time).

Later,
Phuong - http://www.EatRiceZone.com"

shoot me an email with your zip code and if it's a residential delivery. I can give you an estimate.

Yes, you can pick it up but I would have to charge PA sales tax, 6%, so the savings is offset.

No, it won't be available down the road because Stillen is increasing prices.

yes the kits are slightly different - the front lip is different from 95/96 and the 97-99.

Phuong- You quoted me a price for a front lip plus shipping for a 1996 Max. You said that you had ordered it and it would arrive in about 8 days and that I could pay via credit card over the phone. I just wanted to know the status of the order, and if everything was still in motion. Thanks.

Is the front lip the only thing that is different???

I need to know if the front lip is the only thing that is different with the Stillen kit for 95-96 and 97-99. My car is in the shop (96) and I'm gonna put 97 front end on it. But are there any differences after the front lip??? Get back to me soon. I need a Stillen kit while my ride is still in the shop. The owner promised to paint it for me for free!!!!

Yes the front lip is different for the '95-'96 model years than the '97-'99 models. Put your order into Phuong if you want it.

the order was placed the same day and was shipped out from Stillen a few days later. I should have it shortly. I'll email you the tracking # once I ship it out.
