Cattman, or Budget Y-pipe? (not those "which is better")

Well, say the money was no problem. I'm not saying which one is better but which one would you prefer? ...basically i am saying which one is better

but this time with no money issue here.

Let me get this right...you don't want us saying which one is better, but which is better? My answer is _________

(BTW people are going to give you their impressions on the Y-pipe they purchased. Most people don't buy several Y pipes, and change brands...there are a few members out there that have due to bad flex sections of earlier models...minimal differences with brands now.
