Tire difference..

I currently have 235/45/17 I got a flat and the hole is on the side so it cant be fixed.. I have a spare but its 245/45/17 you think this spare will give me problems because its different size from the other 3 tires?

both tires are made by VISA

it might make a slight difference in the way the car handles, but probably not much though...... But I would still replace that tire if I were you.....

Do you think the car would lose control on high speeds because of this? This is a brand new tire i hate to wait 2 more weeks for a new one..

If I understand correctly, the spare is slightly wider and taller(aspect ratio) than the rest. I don't think it would be horrible but I would replace it anyway.

My guess is it's better to put the 245 tire at the rear. That way, both you front tires are identical (235) and handling/control will be more predictable.

Don't risk driving on a spare.
