They slip on over the existing pedals. The dead pedal will have to screwed in.

][35 - These pedals are universal so they should fit your I35.

 

that's the same one i got, looks great.

The brake and clutch slip over and are tightened from behind. The dead pedal and gas pedal are done the same way but have to be bolted as well. Dead pedal doesnt have to be tightened, only bolted down with 3 bolts and gas pedal with 2.
