A New VE 5SPD Owner, Good Buy Old Reliable

Yes, in a short few days i will be an owner of a Blue VE 5spd fully loaded. I am currently selling and almost sold my Maxima for 2850. She has taken me from point A to point B and everywhere in between.
I will misss her. She was my first and I would never have thought I would ever sell her. She has been though alot and has given me the gift, the gift of going on adventures, cruising around with my Wifey, and having tons of memories. The first time i drove 500+ miles round trip. The first time ever caught speeding (twice actually). And when i have installed her very first real mod (FSTB). But yes its time to move on, and set up in the world of what a "Sport Sedan"; a real 4DSC(4 Door Sports Car) should be. STICK YES! 190 HP and 190 Ftlbs Tq YES! DOHC! LSD! Top speed 145 @ 6700 RPMS!

As a new owner and club member of a ve 5spd; what are there that i need to know about how the car should feel. What was your first impressions when you got your 5spd ve? I am going to a new world, and i am gonna love it.

Good by old reliable. Yu will be in my memories. My webpages, and of course you started my love for the 3rd gen(actually it was my fathers 89 gxe)

This is somewhat i am getting. Just to give an ideal.

PS Check my sig

Id Imagine it had a paint job not too long ago, therefor it probably isnt something super rare. Although it IS a maxima none the less, w00t

Yes there were a number of 3rd gens in that color but it was one of the rarer colors

Most notably Jacobs old VE

And yeah you can do more than 145

I did 143 in my old skyblue VE auto with 3 passengers and still RPM room to play with.

For any of you newer guys my old car:

Im thinking about buying a 93 VE 5spd in that same color from a friend. Its in decent shape, clean interior, runs perfect, good VTC's, for $1,800. It has 208k though, I wanted to get it as a beater car to keep the miles off my current VE 5spd that has 135K. Still debating on getting it, but that color is what owning me right now...
