Clicking coming from AC vents or contols

When I first turn on my AC, if it is on anything other than mix there is this clicking sound that comes from the center vents or that general area. After a little while I can change to what ever I want and the clicking goes away. Anyone familiar with this?

I don't know really tink its the blower motor, because it is blowing full on the whole time its clicking. I thought maybey it was the mechanism that diverts the air from vent/mix/floor/defrost. How is that done does that have its own motor?

Mine was making that noise too. Ended up being a label that fell off of something under the dash that was sucked into the blower. Took the blower motor out (20 min. job) and cleaned it out. Also scrubbed the fan down while I was in there... it's very quiet now...
