geez.. look at the other auctions this guy's done.. probably owns/works at a junkyard or something and picked it up cheap. the scratches were probably because the rest of the car was destroyed in a wreck, and it was a b!tch to get out due to everything being twisted around it.

The only 'car related' stuff was two rearview mirrors and some tails. Can't wait to get a reply to the question I sent... "did the crowbar scratch it, or did you drop is while running away from the car these were stolen from?"
ummm, also note he was the BUYER on those jumpsuits, jerseys, etc. He also bought a bunch of collectibles like posters, hot wheels, and "classic" DVDs.
the only things he was selling were some NEW headlight bulbs, action figures, some mirrors and a taillight off a probe..

I sent an email saying i needed to replace headlights stolen from my car - but I didn't want them if they were stolen, so please explain where they came from. If he is legit then he will have a legit reason. If he has no legit reason then it's cos they are hot.
Other than "I work in a junkyard" it's gonna be difficult. "I got aftermarket headlights"? "I wrecked my 2004?"
Wonder if he'd give us the VIN of the car they came from. Someone can carfax it and see if it's listed as salvage.
These are so obviously hot than anyone who buys them without checking they are legit has not right to complaing when their factory fogs go walkies...

"well MR. A its not stolen it was from body shop[ that didnt want to use it was off wrecked car thanks for your input"
so either he's lying or someone at that body shop is a freakin' moron
He told me that the car was sold and the wash boy took it to get washed. He damaged t, scratching the light, fender and door, and that Nissan took it to his friend's bodyshop to have them fix it.
The scratch appears to be in the middle of the lens, not on the edges, so it's not overtly a theft-related scratch.
Still, if I wanted it I'd ask for the VIN of the vehicle damaged and the name of the dealership it came from. Let Nissan confirm the story.
