Where's everyone get their K&N drop in filter panels?
I'm swapping out my HKS intake in place of a modded stock intake box (ie Air Intake Box Resonator Mod on the 5th gen Forum). If I like this mod, I'll probably get a K&N filter panel. Where are you guys getting your's from?

Most Auto Parts stores sell them and should all get them wholesale from K&N at the same price. Therefore, any price differentiation would be the diff in their mark-up. You can buy direct from K&N at their suggested retail price, but that is usually higher than your local auto parts store. Note that the auto parts store will most likely require $ up front and have to order the filter for you since they usually only carry a couple in stock for Mustangs/Camaros. If its the same size, I am selling a K&N filter panel from a 95-99 Max and would give it to you for $20 which incl shipping...

Thanks guys. I went to Autozone and they had 8 of them. $39. I did the intake mod and I'm a happy camper. The car is now fairly quiet at WOT and much smoother. Same pull as my HKS intake in all rpms from 2000-6200rpms.
