I have to say I have received exceptional service from Steve. My orders have been shipped quickly and emails have been returned.

You know your service is bad when someone has to put up a thread defending you to the rest of the world. I've heard enough bad that my money will never go into the Frankenbank, that's for sure.

I agree there has been alot of un-happy people with franken. I just posted to express my experience with the company, is there a problem with that?

BTW, I have NO affiliation to this company and have nothing to gain by getting flamed by others on this board. It's to bad negative news travels so quickly and positive goes nowhere

Sorry to those who got jacked by this company, I have had great service.
