Info on SSR GPO's ???? PLEASE HELP!

I'm looking to buy 4 18x7.5" SSR GPO rims. I've used the wheel weight pages, and have searched the internet, but I can't find any info about their weight and reputation. If anybody can help me out ASAP, that would be great.
If anybody has pics of them on a Max, could you please post the pics? The rims have a BIG lip, and it makes them look pretty small. The page says they are 3 piece rims. Is that true?
One more thing, they come with 4 Hankook 225/40/18 tires. Since I've never heard of them, I sort of assume they might not be good. Does anybody have info on the tires as well?
Thanks in advance.

Discount Tires Direct sells Hankook....they are in the same vein as Kumho / Sumitomo. As for the wheels, I can't help you there.

SSR is a good quality wheel manufacturer, so I wouldn't be worried about them. Im pretty sure just about everything they make is relativly light weight.

right, thats why im interested in SSR rims. im just curious as to how light this rim is compared to other SSR rims. it says its 3 piece, so it sounds real light. anybody else? i got about 3 hours till the bidding is over. PLEASE HELP!

Yeah, are you the one bidding on those off ebay? They do look pretty nice, however, i do agree, they look kinda small for 18"... Well just as a reference, SSR's GT1's weigh around 19lbs for the 1 piece version, but the 3pc ones weigh ~25lbs or so... Plus for some reason, i think the 1 pc version looks better and costs 1/2 as much... I'm guessing that they're around that weight, but that's a stab in the dark...

SSR aka Speed Star Racing makes high quality wheels. That you don't have to worry about. As for the weight, I am looking for you right now but not having much luck. SSR wheels are traditionally quite light though.

right. the reason why im so curious now is because i remembered the SSR GT1s are 1 piece, and weigh like 19 pounds for some 18" rims, but the GT3s are 3 piece, and they weigh something like 26 pounds for 18"s. i know 3 piece rims are stronger, but i though that meant lighter as well. i may not remember my facts correctly though so.....

JeffesonM:
