The new ones are doubled powder coated and then clear coated. The company claims they will NOT rust this time. I took their word for it. We will see what happens.

It looks good...no doubt there..I just don't like the install with zip-ties...just not secure enough in my mind...

I like my Trenz much better, especially with my light color...to each his own tho!

Grill looks great and nice write-up! The only thing I'm not crazy about is the fact that you can see behind the new grill way too easy.

For people who lease (like me) this would be a great low-budget mod that isn't permanent.

If you want to prevent the rust. Spray it with a can of duplicolor anodized paint. Costly, but it will be worht it.

looks nice and mean

It looks good. I have the lowers on the way soon I hope. Grille-Tech recommended that either Wax or WD-40 be put on the grille to prevent rusting.

I think it looks nice. The only thing i dont like is that you can see all the stuff behind it(horns, ECT) is there something you can put behind the grill to hide that stuff.

ANd, DAMN, you have a lot of pics!!

Nice install and write up, but It is over the top for my taste.
The bottom grill is enough for me.
