Why I Love my Maxima!!!

I love my car. I am Obsessive when it comes to cleaning and washing my 2001 AE Maxima. In fact I am a cleaning freak. I dont allow shoes nor food in my car.(My friends hate that. lol)

When my ride is clean, it gets sooo many looks. I pull up to the light and every one looks. Even dudes with Bmw and Lexus look!

I guess I Love the attention I get with it !!!Thats why i love my Maxima.

Thats my Love story. Its kinda gay, but oh well! If I had the VQ35 I would love it even more. Oh well, thats what the wife's G35 is for.

I thought I was bad. I'm at the point where I won't drive the car in the rain if it's clean...only if it's dirty. It usually clean

Yup, I won't drive my car in the rain if it's clean either. I also won't use my windshield washer, so it doesn't get splashes on the hood or anything. I love the attention my car gets when it's clean too and I don't even have a body kit!

Re: Why I Love my Maxima!!!

I would probably love mine just as much but I've got to many paint chips and scratches.

Word to paint chips. I guess they add character to the car ; )
Honestly, the paint chips aren't such a big deal, I like the car all the same. I could see somebody having a huge dent in the car and being troubled, but a few scratchs to me is just like normal usage wear and tear on a daily driver. If I owned a ferrari or something, now that wouldn't be driven daily, and I would take more exception to like a hair that fell onto my hood heheh. I have come to the conclusion it's impossible to keep a car in immaculate condition all the time if it's a daily driver. I can't like skip lunch to go wax my car or something.

But I do love the car anyhow : ]

Same here! (my wife thinks I'm nuts!) I know I'm compulsive about my Max....but it doesn't look like I'm alone!!
