Well, tonight was the first track night this season. It rained earlier in the day up until a few hours before the races started.
I was able to run about 7 times, here are the numbers:

vs.older Civic hatch w/ I/H/E: 16.559 sec and 87.77mph
vs.older prelude w/ I/H/E: 16.225 sec and 89.19 mph
vs.SI w/ I/H/E: (3 times) 15.892 sec & 88.65mph; 15.776 sec & 88.64mph; 15.654 sec & 89.36mph

Lost
vs. Integra Turbo @ 5psi (15.161 sec & 94.49 mph):15.642 sec & 89.31mph
vs. Civic DX bolt-ons spraying 50shot of NOS(15.338 sec & 91.56 mph): 15.642sec & 89.79 mph

My mods are I/Y/E empty trunk and on 18 in rims. It was about 37 degrees out and also the elevation is a little over 4200 ft so its about a second off.
Finally:
Is my rims causing my low trap speed?

 

I am sure your 18's are not helping. I lost a full second with a yipe and light weight 15" wheels instead of my heavy 17's
