i was thinking about organizing a maxima meet at myrtle beach south carolina in august. i just needed to know if there would be a large turnout or not. it would be like a all week thing for eveybody to come to myrtle beach and hangout at teh beach and cruise the stripe and then we would have a big meet that weekend at the super walmart or maybe the speedway. just people let me knoew what you think. thanks

 

i just came home from down there. i took a road trip from ny to myrtle beach, sc and during the whole week i was down there i saw only one modified maxima. i saw tons of maximas being driven, but no hooked up ones. even when i cruised the strip down there i didn't say anything but hooked up suvs and hondas.

 

moemakaveli- do you live there or just think itd be nice ? Ill be in Mb the27th 28th and 29th of this month, i used to go to Coastal Carolina so im goin to visit old friends. Its a fun place i miss it.

krazyd-what color was the moded max u seen ? was it gold 95-96 with stillen kit ? I lived there for a year and hes the only one with a modded max. He was sponsered by stillen..its a got a supercharger and some other goodies.

 

Actually I think that would be a good place for a meet. This thread needs to be in the regional section though.

 

i agree. id be down for meeting up in myrtle in august. ive got a condo and a house in wilmington which isnt far from myrtle. if you start this thread up in the dc forum, maybe we can get some nc and sc people together.

My uncle owns a condo on North Myrtle.

 

i just remembered a friends family from hs has a place up in north myrtle as well. its a few blocks down from the big mall in north myrtle. i guess ill have to give him a call if this turns out.

 

I'm in for the meet as long as I get back to work by the summer. I live in Columbia so its cool for me.
