Cheapest Place for Torque Wrench

I could swear I'v read numerous posts where people said that a torque wrench costs between 15 - 30 dollars. Well, I want to install my FSTB properly and went to buy a torque wrench yesterday and I couldn't find one for less than 50 bucks. That's double what my strut bar cost! Moneys tight but I do want to buy a torque wrench, any suggestions?

Harbor freight

Harbor Freight periodically has their 1/2" torque wrench for $12--which I think is a steal at the price. Check to see if you have one in your area or order online. Their handling/shipping fees are pretty stiff though so if you order online, see what other tools/supplies you need.

I would purchase a Sears Craftsman one. You will pay a little more, but you get the lifetime warranty...

Unlike the other Craftsman tools, their torque wrench is only warrantied for a year.

Actually the Crafstman torque wrench does NOT have a lifteime warranty because of the moving parts on the inside.
