well i finally know the life expectancy of a headlight bulb that's been touched accidently with your hands....1 hour.

i was checking the metal prongs on the wiring harness so i took the bulb out and i accidently touched the bulb with my thumb. i was like oh s*** and tried to wipe the oily smudge off it best i can. then after coming back from friend's house, it burned out leaving me with one working bulb on a dark road! wasn't fun trying not to run off the road. this thread probably going to get deleted, but i had to vent

 

that sucks. here's something you should keep in mind though...

whenever you accidentally touch a bulb, clean it off with alcohol

yup, good ol' rubbing alcohol can remove just about everything, including goooey silicon from sprintmaxxed taillights!
