5th gen muffler

I curently have a y-pipe and a universal muffler and i am planning to put a high-flow cat and a un-resonaterd b-pipe but i think it may be to loud with the universal muffler. So i want to put a 5thgen muffler on .

I want to know if the 5theg muffler bolts up to the stock b-pipe or do i have to weld it.

Also how would the car sound wtih a y-pipe, high flow cat , un-resonated b-pipe and a 5thgen muffler.

The 5th gen muffler is not a driect bolt-on. If i remember correctly, you have to have new flanges welded.
